At Withdrawal Ease we strive to provide you with comprehensive and clear information about all aspects of our product offering and purchase processes to help you make an informed decision about your purchase. We stand behind the efficacy and quality of our product with our “Withdrawal Ease Customer Satisfaction Promise.” In that regard, I encourage you to review our product guarantees and return policies below. The Withdrawal Ease “Customer Satisfaction Promise”:
- Your Satisfaction Or Your Money Back: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 30-days for a refund minus shipping costs. We won’t make you fill out forms or lengthy questionnaires as to why you are returning the product and we certainly won’t make you return the product within 7 days (like the “other guys”). All that we ask is for you to return all opened and unopened product and notify us of your concerns ahead of time so that we know it’s coming. If we are notified about your concerns and your return, it will help us process your refund in a more timely manner. (See the shipping address below for returns.)
- On-Time Shipping*: Orders received before 3pm CST Monday-Friday will be shipped same-day excluding holidays or days in which our shipping and fulfillment company is not open. If we are unable to fulfill our same-day shipping policy we will refund any expedited or additional shipping charges as noted on your receipt.
- On-Time Delivery: Your product will be delivered on-time and as addressed on your order* If we do not deliver your product within the estimated delivery date, we’ll refund any expedited or additional shipping charges as noted on your receipt. - Highest Quality: All Withdrawal Ease products will be free of manufacturing defects or packaging defects and will accept any defective item for a full refund or exchange. We ask that all customers who receive products with manufacturing or packaging defects send us photographic evidence so that we may notify our production facility.
- Sterile and Sealed: Your Withdrawal Ease order will be delivered to you sealed, tamper resistant and sterile.
- Free From Shipping Damage: Your order will be delivered intact and free from damage caused by unforeseen incidents during shipping and will accept any damaged item for a full refund or exchange. We ask that all customers who receive products that have been compromised or damaged during shipping send us photographic evidence so that we may file a claim on our behalf with our shipping carrier.
Our Reasonable Disclaimers:
*If there is a huge hurricane or some other act of God(s) that should delay FedEx or USPS, we cannot guarantee the shipping…that’s reasonable right? This includes weather-related incidents and any other unforeseen circumstances which are out of our control or the control of our carriers.
*If you enter the wrong address and we are unable to deliver on-time, we will work tirelessly to help you re-route your product and get it to you as quickly as possible. However, we cannot refund any shipping costs for late delivery if the address was incorrect.
*The Withdrawal Ease team takes all national holidays off in order to spend time with friends and family; we hope you do the same. The nationally recognized holidays are those that are observed by the USPS and/or FedEx etc. If we plan on being closed any other days, we will make note of those days on our shopping cart. Please bear in mind that we ship your products as quickly as we can but if there is a holiday or if our shipping dept. is closed, your product will ship as soon as possible after we re-open.
It’s critical that you make allowances for these holidays with respect to shipping and delivery. For instance, if you order on the day before a holiday, you product may ship that same day but will likely be delayed due to the holiday. These are circumstances which are out of our control and we ask that you have realistic expectations in these cases. If FedEx or USPS are closed, your product will be delayed until shipping resumes. Please understand that we cannot issue refunds due to holidays or days in which we are closed.
Shipping Options and Delivery Times – IMPORTANT
USPS Priority Mail: Delivery within 2-3 business days from the date of shipment.
FedEx Standard Overnight: Next business day delivery. All orders received and shipped on Friday will arrive the following business day. Orders received after 3pm CST will be shipped the following business day for next business day delivery. This shipping option does not deliver on weekends.
FedEx Priority Overnight: Next business day morning delivery (prior to noon local time). All orders received and shipped on Friday will arrive the following business day. Orders received after 3pm CST will be shipped the following business day for next business day delivery. This shipping option does not deliver on weekends.
FedEx Priority Overnight Saturday Delivery: All orders received prior to 3pm CST are eligible for FedEx Priority Saturday Delivery. This shipping option is available at an extra cost. Due to the extremely high premium for Saturday deliveries, we only recommend this option if you really need it!

USPS Priority Mail = All orders over $50 include FREE USPS Priority Mail (Delivers in 2-3 Business Days)!
FedEx Standard Overnight – (p.m. Delivery) = $28.24 – $42.24
FedEx Priority Overnight – (a.m. Delivery) = $31.20 – $46.35
FedEx Priority Overnight – Saturday Delivery* = $38.25 – $52.40
*Please Note: Some zip codes are not eligible for Saturday delivery. If you order Saturday Delivery and your address is not applicable, we will attempt to notify you via email. If we do not hear back from you, we will ship via FedEx A.M. delivery.
Withdrawal Ease Return Policy:
- Sometimes, customers decide not to use the product or pursue other treatment options which is fine and we are happy to accept returns. Customers may return the product within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund minus any applicable shipping costs as listed on the sales receipt. A $10 re-stocking fee will be assessed from the refund; this is what we actually pay to receive, inspect and re-stock the product.
- Customers are responsible for either refusing shipment, asking for “return to sender” or shipping product back to us.
